INFILL Property Group is a Perth based property developer creating well designed homes in established suburbs. We believe the quality of a home comes down to how it’s designed, not how large it is.
Every project reflects the same standard, inside and out.
Inside, that means natural light and cross ventilation. Quality fixtures and finishes in every room. Spaces that are practical, not wasted.
Good design doesn’t stop at the front door. Outside, we place as much importance on landscaping as we do on the interiors. The spaces between the buildings matter just as much as the buildings themselves. Native, water wise plants that thrive in Perth’s climate. Low maintenance by design, so the grounds stay looking their best without adding to residents’ costs.
More green coverage means less radiant heat, cooler outdoor spaces, and somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

Why Infill?
Infill development means building new homes on underutilised land within established suburbs, rather than pushing further into Perth’s outer fringe. It’s a smarter way to grow a city.
Our projects are located in suburbs that already have the infrastructure people need: schools, shops, public transport, parks and medical services. Residents benefit from shorter commutes, walkable neighbourhoods and established community networks. The city benefits from reduced sprawl, less pressure on new infrastructure and better use of existing services.
It’s why we chose the name. Infill isn’t just what we do. It’s how we think about housing.
